My furnace died on me last night and Budget Air was at my house by 11:00 a.m. this morning. Although it turned out to be an electrical issue, the repair man didn’t even charge me for the service call since he was not able to diagnose the furnace. Most places would’ve charged just for showing up. Being a single mom, money really counts. I now have my heating company moving forward. 🙂
