Ross, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for service you have done for my family! Our a/c went out unexpectedly (as they always do for people) at the worst time. You gave us a great deal, you insured us on the unit, you even went great lengths to make sure my family was going to have a/c asap. You treated us like family.
