What a great company and great guy. Ross Bishop and Budget Air came out to our house today, Sunday, and took care of our heating, or should I say a lack of heat issue. They were prompt and within an hour had the heat in our home restored. Thank you Rossco and Budget Air. Best of all it didn’t break the bank.

We live in Twin Falls, Idaho by the CSI campus. Last week, Ross and his crew installed a new HVAC system in our home and we couldn’t be happier or more grateful for his quick and skillful work— and for a very affordable unit that exceeds our expectations so far. My furnace died on me last night and Budget Air was at my house by 11:00 a.m. this morning. Although it turned out to be an electrical issue, the repair man didn’t even charge me for the service call since he was not able to diagnose the furnace. Most places would’ve charged just for showing up. Being a single mom, money really counts. I now have my heating company moving forward. 🙂

I had a problem with my heater and also wanted a tune-up before it gets cold. Ross came and fixed my heater, did the tune-up and gave me an awesome discount because he fell in love with my parrot. Thank you so much Ross. My bird and I both appreciate you and your outstanding service. I will only call Budget Air after this!

After many years of service, our heat pump finally failed. Ross and his team were on the job in no time. Had the system replaced and fine-tuned in record time. This was not an easy job, as it is an older home with a very old system. Couldn’t beat the price either! Highly recommend this company. Brad and Dee Richards.

Ross came over to my rental a day earlier than scheduled. He personally felt bad that my tenants were without heat so, he came Sunday morning and fixed the furnace! Didn’t charge me OT! He has helped us over the years with all of our AC and heating maintenance needs. We just had to replace our furnace and Ross was able to get us a good and honest deal as well as a new furnace in and installed the same day! We are really grateful we found Budget Air & Heating!

My furnace wouldn’t turn. I called Budget Air and they were here within minutes. All I needed was new batteries in my thermostat. They didn’t charge me anything. I really appreciate this. I will definitely use them again

Ross is an exceptional guy. He’s very prompt and does the best work. I’m grateful for people like him that I can trust to do prompt service and always educate me on what is going on. I feel like he has the customer’s best interest in mind and would highly recommend him to anyone.

The service was great. He got back quickly and replaced my furnace motor the next day. He was friendly and saved me money by just replacing my thermostat with the same one. I would highly recommend him and know now why he has all positive reviews.

I recommended budget heating. I am 84 years old and was upset when I woke up with no heat. I called budget and he was here promptly. He took care of my problem and I couldn’t believe how reasonable it was. He will be my repairman from now on. I had called another firm. They wanted 159 dollars just to come to the house.
